Features
- Used to clean rooms and to prevent contamination from the workers shoes
and cart wheels inside hospitals
- Adhesive PE film with 30-60 layers, strong enough to capture dust and prevent
contamination
- Available in various sizes, colors, and quantities
Anti-Biotic Sticky Mat
- Objective
To determine the bacterial, yeast and fungal resistance of the adhesive and
its applied film resistance.
- Samples Examined
1 polyethylene film coated by normal(Blank) adhesive
3 polyethylene films coated by anti-bacterial adhesive(0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7% ACTICIDE
DW added respectively)
- Test Methods Used
Each sample is painted onto a substrate closely simulating that used in practice.
A defined mixed spore suspension prepared from fungi (including yesats) relevant
in practice is spray inoculated onto the dry film surfaces. The 'panels' are
allowed to dry before they are suspended in a high humidity cabinet for four
weeks under specified conditions favorable for fungal growth. The resultant
fungal growth on the surface is assessed visually and microscopically.
- Results
Results are detailed in the tables below and are described in the summary.
- Film Fungal Examination Table 1
- Growth Ratings
- Surface Fungal Growth 0 ( no growth ) to XXXX (dense growth)
- Micro-organisms used
- Alternaria alternata Phoma violaceae
- Aspergillus versicolor Phodotorula rubra
- Aureobasidium pullulans Sporobolomyces roseus
- Cladosporium cladosporoides Stachybotrys chartarum
- Penicillium purpurogenum Ulocladium atrum
ESD Sticky Mat
- Application - Anti-Static Mat eliminates static electricity from the human
body. It is even more effective when used with our IC shoes. - Conductive
carbon is NOT used as the conductive agent in the Anti-Static Mat, so clean
rooms will not be exposed to carbon contamination - Static electricity is
not generated when a used sheet is peeled off, so it won't stick to the human
body. - Running a cart over the mat will not be generated, and it will not
cause the film to stick on human body. - Application For all tasks where static
dissipation is required, such as in clean rooms.
